That sensation you get when someone's constantly grabbing your throat and you feel like you cannot breathe.
The song depicts the imagery of running towards the future in acknowledgement of the fact that I am no longer the person in the past.
And you're constantly questioning: Who am I? What is this replica that looks exactly like me? Is it really me, or does the truth lie somewhere else?

Toxic guilts, regrets, hatred towards yourself- they look familiar but they are not you.
Never fixate yourself on what you are not anymore, but continue to live, continue to struggle, continue to understand your existence.

It will be a difficult journey, where you will find yourself regretting your actions again. However, a caterpillar in a cocoon is surrounded by darkness to eventually actualise into a butterfly.
Only in darkness and despair, do we see the splendour of Light.
